Designing Agroecological farms

Designing Agroecological farms

Our effort is to educate farmers to encoperate the principles and elements of agroecology when designing the farms. We build capacity for the community to createe a sustainable and resilient food production system that mimics natural ecosystems and prioritizes ecological processes and social equity. We demonstrate technologies and agricultural practices that farmers can adopt to withstand and reduce the impact of climate change. By strengthening the farm system’s ability to anticipate, prepare for, adapt to, and recover from climate-related stresses, farmers can ensure the long-term sustainability of their operations.
